Conifer Crescent consists of 2 high end 3 story walk-up duplex with a rooftop terrace overlooking the picturesque landscape of the Gold Coast. Nestled on the picturesque waters of the Gold Coast, the clients brief was to maximize the site’s development opportunities within a pre-established building framework, delivering a building that provided modern minimalistic clean line facades that interface within the existing respected location.
The clean modern façade is complemented by large glass windows in the void areas and captures the Northern aspect. This project is an example of how thoughtfully designed, medium density living can complement an existing established neighbourhood. Similar tones and colours harmonize with each other and add to the modern minimalistic façade of the buildings.
The use of high ceilings throughout gives the space a grand feel. This allows for large windows to the rear to capture the waterfront views from all levels through the dwellings.
