Project Description
The Madrers Residence at Almalfi Drive was a joint project with Ocean Edge Constructions to turn this existing run-down residence into one of the most sophisticated homes on the street.
This transformation converted the existing single story 2 bedroom residence into a 2 story 4 bedroom with 2 ensuites, theatre room, separate living and rumpus rooms, separate office, and new modern kitchen.
Features of the house included a large modern kitchen overlooking the existing pool and courtyard. A second story was added to the residence with additional bedrooms and a spacious void to the lower level. Furthermore, a large new 2 car garage, spacious office and new theatre room were part of the renovation.
AMBD proudly announces that we have been awarded the ‘Regional Building Design Award 2016’ for our this renovation. We are the BDAQ Gold Coast winner in the category of Residential Alternations/Additions $300,001-$600,000 (construction cost).
