Project Description
Nestled on the picturesque waters of the Gold Coast, the clients brief was to provide a modern 3 story walk up detached dwellings on this north facing block. They wanted to maximize the site’s development opportunities within a pre-established building framework that were present at Verdichio Avenue. We achieved this by delivering two buildings with modern minimalistic façades that interface with the existing respected location.
The corner glass windows at the front of the house and in the master ensuite are examples of thoughtfully designed medium density living and offer views over the mermaid water creeks and to the city skyline. The carefully picked tones and colours on the front façade complement the existing neighborhood perfectly.
